Brent Wilson

Asset Manager

As an Asset Manager, Brent contributes to the oversight of portfolio performance and investment return. This involves regulatory compliance monitoring, inspections of physical assets, and analysis of budget reports, as well as information gathering, data entry, analysis, and reporting. Brent joined Evernorth in September of 2022 after working as an affordable housing property manager for many years. He has also worked in Outreach for Health Care for the Homeless, as well as a Rapid Re-Housing Case Manager.

Brent is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and is currently attending Penn State University for an MPS degree in Community and Economic Development. He lives in South Portland with his wife, his dog, and his cat, where he serves as Chair of the Affordable Housing Committee, on the Board of Directors of Greater Portland Family Promise, and as a member of the South Portland- Cape Elizabeth Rotary Club. An avid fan of the Canadian Football League, Brent would be happy to talk all things CFL with anyone interested.
