Jack Turvey

Project Manager

Jack joined Evernorth in May 2023 after relocating to Vermont from London, England. He has over 10 years’ real estate experience in roles including a Planning & Design Consultant for a small architectural and planning firm to a Land Acquisition Manager for national FTSE 100 & 250 PLC Companies. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS); a global organization that ensures and upholds the highest standards in the real estate and development industry.

Upon relocating, Jack made the conscious decision to transition into the Affordable Housing sector to contribute to building sustainable homes and providing services to those who need them most. As Project Manager, he is excited to manage the development lifecycle through to completion and witness first-hand the positive change that sustainable affordable housing can make to local people and the communities they live in.

In his spare time, Jack plays and watches (too much) soccer and is regularly out on his bike or hiking the Green Mountains he now calls home. His skiing technique leaves a lot to be desired.
