Janet Spitler

Chief Financial Officer

Janet directs the general operations and finances of Evernorth with lead responsibility for finance, operations and human resources staff.   Prior to joining the staff of Housing Vermont in 2015, she was the CFO and Executive Vice President of Merchants Bank.  Janet was also a past board member and board chair of Housing Vermont. Janet is currently the President of the Board of the Vermont Community Loan Fund and a member of the Vermont State Employees Credit Union Board of Directors. 

Janet holds a BS degree in Psychology from William Smith College and a BS degree in Accounting from Syracuse University. She likes to travel with her husband Paul.
