Senior Asset Manager

John’s responsibilities as a Senior Asset Manager include maintaining systems and procedures, transactional administration, data gathering, analysis and reporting for Evernorth properties. He joined Housing Vermont in 2006. Prior to that, John worked for Lake Champlain Housing Development Corporation in both property development and facility management roles. 

John studied geology and history at Oberlin College and UVM which led him to become a carpenter, experiential educator, and construction inspector prior to working in the affordable housing field.  John is currently co-director of the property committee for the iconic building at the top of Church Street in Burlington, Vermont. He loves all kinds of outdoor activities including golf, hiking, biking, nordic and backcountry skiing, snowshoeing, and ice skating
