Matthew Ketcham

Real Estate Development Coordinator

Matthew is the Real Estate Development Coordinator for Evernorth, joining the team in March 2022. He works with developers, attorneys, and investors to fund and close affordable housing deals.

Matthew holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from UNC Asheville, and a J.D. from UC Irvine. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Epilepsy Foundation of Vermont. He plays golf and basketball.
