Rosanne Sheridan

Community Investments Officer

Rosanne joined Evernorth in 2023 as Community Investments Officer. In this role, she analyzes investment opportunities for affordable housing and community and economic development projects. Prior to joining Evernorth, Rosanne spent nine years working in affordable housing, most recently as Account Manager for a national low-income housing tax credit syndicator and asset and portfolio manager, and earlier as a Project Manager for an affordable housing developer. She began her career as a librarian, working in public, academic, and research libraries, and regularly draws on this experience with information organization, project management, and community service in her work with affordable housing.

Rosanne earned a Bachelor’s of Arts from the University of Connecticut in American History and French, a Master’s of Science in Library and Information Science from Simmons College, and is completing her Master’s of Business Administration with a finance concentration from the University of Connecticut. When she’s not in school, Rosanne spends her free time with her family, her pets, her crafts, and her books.
