Construction Underway on 25 New Affordable Apartments in Putney

Sixty-Five Permanently Affordable Apartments Open at Fort Ethan Allen in Colchester

The apartments, across three buildings, were completed in phases over the past five months.

Picker House Lofts Celebrates Grand Opening in Lewiston, Maine

This week, a ribbon-cutting celebration was held at Picker House Lofts, marking a brand-new chapter for the historic Continental Mill on Cedar Street in Lewiston, Maine. This redevelopment has transformed the formerly vacant building into 72 homes, offering a mix of market-rate and income-restricted apartments to meet the growing housing needs in the community.
