Impact

Consolidation of all of Way Finders’ departments under one roof will result in better utilization of space and more interaction with the LIPs people that Way Finders serves. As a result, Way Finders will be able to retain 208 FTEs, add 10 FTEs, and serve an additional 500+ LIPs low income people annually. This project represents a significant investment in real estate in an area that is a high priority for local and regional political leaders, and it is considered to be a critical element in ensuring further development in the immediate area.

Gap and Investment

To execute this project without NMTC allocation, Way Finders would need to inject more than $4 million than it could borrow or raise through its capital campaign
