Evernorth Connections is an initiative that was launched in January 2016. The goal of the program is to improve social and economic outcomes for residents, partnerships, and communities. Evernorth Connections works with property managers and social service partners at properties in Vermont to build connections between residents and area resources to address critical needs such as child care, food access, transportation and education.
Evernorth Connections begins each relationship with in-depth surveys to uncover the wisdom, knowledge and needs directly from the residents. We believe that when residents’ social and economic needs are well met, the property also thrives.
