Catholic Charities NH broke ground on Vose Farm Residence which will bring 64 new affordable apartments to the town of Peterborough, New Hampshire. .
This is Catholic Charities NH’s first Low-Income Housing Tax Credit development. Vose Farms will provide homes at a mix of income levels to meet the needs of a broad range of renters in the community.
Jeff Lefkovich, of Catholic Charities NH, said the impetus for the initiative was “the seriousness of the housing need in the state, particularly for individuals and families, particularly older individuals, who are not earning the kind of incomes that would make it possible for them to live without some degree of housing and financial insecurity.”
